Engineering Manager

Alan Benson is GTP's Engineering Manager. He leads the engineering team as they encounter a plethora of applications where plastics are utilized, working hand in hand with the leaders of automation, sales, operations and materials to deliver innovative solutions time and time again. Alan has over twenty years of experience in automotive as well as an AAS in Drafting & Design-Engineering. His management style is people focused, echoing the company's mission, and he reminds his team that it's the people of GTP that make it great.
