Our team uses CAD, CATIA, and Unigraphics translations and Mold Flow Analysis to ensure the successful design, optimization, and production of high-quality plastic parts while minimizing manufacturing risks and costs.

The engineering team is based out of the Northern Michigan headquarters, developing fixtures and automation, rapid prototyping, metal to plastic conversions, design for manufacturing (DFM), material analysis, design optimization, evaluation for use of conformal cooling, and more. They travel to the Troy office and customers with frequency and support customers at their sites (embedded) as well.

GTP’s engineering team works with customers internal and external to bridge the gap between concept and flawless reality, ensuring visions come to life with exceptional quality and efficiency.
